• Guarantee returns, interest, or yields on any balance
• Issue electronic money or payment instruments
• Operate as a money services business or licensed money transmitter

All actual fund movement is processed exclusively by our regulated third-party payment partners — including but not limited to Transak, MoonPay, Kotani Pay, Yellow Card, Stripe, and Crossmint. Each of these providers operates under their own regulatory frameworks, licences, and terms of service, which apply to your transactions independently of your use of Nolubz.

The Nolubz mobile app does not use cookies. App usage analytics, where collected, are anonymised and used solely to improve the product.

Limitation of Liability

As a ledger-keeping SaaS platform, Nolubz provides a software interface to display and track financial activity. Nolubz Network is not liable for any loss of funds, failed transactions, delays, or errors arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, blockchain networks, banking systems, or telecommunications infrastructure beyond our reasonable control.

The NOLZ balance displayed in your Nolubz account is a ledger representation of activity reported by our payment partners. Nolubz does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided by third-party partners.
