Either party can raise a dispute. The Nolubz Xecro team reviews all submitted evidence — deal terms, delivery proof, communication — and mediates a fair resolution. Funds remain in the vault throughout the dispute process.

ArqaSave is Nolubz's savings feature with three modes: Personal Savings (save toward a goal at your own pace), Calendar Savings (automatic daily, weekly, or monthly contributions toward a target date), and Group Savings (rotating circles where members contribute together and each person receives the pot in turn).

Yes. Personal Savings can be withdrawn at any time with a small early withdrawal fee. Calendar Savings carry a fee if you exit before the target date. Group Savings early exit depends on the cycle stage and group rules set at creation.

Group Savings circles support between 2 and 20 members. Every member must have a verified Nolubz account.
